1）The first problem to discuss: two properties, each of which depends on a number of many independent variables, several of which are in common to bother target properties.
2）The problem is working out how to solve a double integral equation, involving both shear scission and band broadening. What might the kernels of that equation look like, and how might it be solved, e.g., by assuming functional forms for the kernels that enable it to be solved while also expressing the physics of band broadening and of shear scission.
